Leadership shaped by faith, family, and nearly 30 years of service.

I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and built my life in Orange County as a single mother. Like many families, I learned how to balance responsibility, resilience, and hard work. My experiences have shaped my deep connection to this community and the people who call it home.

Surviving cancer changed my perspective and strengthened my faith. It reminded me what truly matters: compassion, service, and showing up for others, even in the hardest moments.

For nearly 30 years, I've served Orange County from inside local government, working to improve neighborhoods and quality of life. A proud UCF graduate, I most recently served as Special Assistant to Mayor Jerry L. Demings. I believe leadership begins with listening, and ensuring every voice helps shape our shared future.
